CONDITIONS GENERALES

La souscription à un stage, géré par l’association ART’INFLUENCES, est ouverte aux personnes ne présentant aucune contre-indication à la pratique de la danse. En cas de doute ou d’inaptitude physique, un conseil médical est requis et un certificat médical devra être fourni avant le 1er stage.

L’inscription à un stage est définitive et non remboursable. Il est possible de vendre à une tierce personne sa place de stage à condition que celle-ci n’ait aucune contre-indication médicale à la pratique de la danse.

Nous nous réservons le droit d’annuler le stage encas de participants non suffisants.Dans ce cas, les élèves inscrits seront prévenus par e-mail et remboursés.

Les informations sont exclusivement réservées à  l’association ART’INFLUENCES. Conformément à l’article 34 de la Loi “Informatique et Libertés” du 6 janvier 1978, vous bénéficiez d’un droit d’accès et de rectification aux informations vous concernant. • For those of you who need to send a check (French checks only) : please visit our online boutique (click on the button ” Billeterie” above) to hold a spot for the workshops you want. Your online booking will be held for 7 days.  The booking will be completed upon reception of the check, within 7 days after your reservation online. In that case, you will receive your tickets by e-mail. Please print them and bring to the workshops. Beyond 7 days, the tickets you are holding online will be put back to sale. Terms and conditions

Workshop registrations -managed by the association ART’INFLUENCES- are opened to participants that do not have any medical issues or counter-indications for dance practice. In case of doubt or physical inaptitude, a medical certification must be provided during the first workshop attended.

Registration for a workshop is final and non-refundable. It is possible to sell your spot to someone else as long as there is no medical counter-indications for them.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops if there is not enough participants.In that case, students will be informed by e-mail and refunded.

The information collected is exclusively kept by the association ART’INFLUENCES. According to the article 34 of the Law «Informatique et Libertés » from January 6, 1978, you have the right to have access to and to modify information about yourself.
